This immersion is designed to give you a direct experience and comprehensive understanding of the energetic underpinnings, tools and techniques of Pranayama — the mastery and elevation of life force via breath. You’ll learn how to develop a well-rounded and embodied personal sadhana and practice sharing targeted techniques with others in a safe, inspired, and effective way.
The energy in our breath, prana, is a subtle and living quality of the soul. Prana is a powerful and always-available aspect of source-energy that has the ability to harmonize the mind with the soul, heal the body, and illuminate awareness of a divine, loving, conscious force both within and around you. Pranayama is a gateway to a truly embodied presence. As we become more tuned-in to this constant companion of breath, we become tuned to the true self.
Join Alexandra to dive into the vast teachings of pranayama, develop your own daily practice, and share your knowledge as a guide.
